We want you to love your Loog guitar, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in new, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the request.

  Pack Your Guitar

  Carefully place the instrument and all included accessories back into the original Loog box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
